At a time in the future when things are not so good. For Ranger Ben it’s to protect the last bear that is alive. He’s in the mountains tracking him, in the cold and for another nineteen days. Then he runs into people out on a ‘hunting’ trip. But it soon turns out they want the bear and they want Ben’s tracking device. It then ends up being a game of cat and mouse as they hunt Ben and he has to do everything he can to stay alive and protect the bear. It’s an intense, psychological thriller, that starts off fast and never lets up. You will not want to put the book down.
