Rory Woods lives in Boston and works at her mother’s shop reading tarot cards for clients, and at night conducts ghost tours. Ezra Blackwell is a professor and also does ghost tours and has had a thing for Rory since he first started working for her mother’s business, Rory doesn’t seem to like him. On this night they are double booked on the tour, so they do it together. By the end of the night they have been cursed by a ghost, and whenever they’re not near each other, bad things happen. They make a pact to stay near each other until they can figure out how to end the curse, and soon fall for each other and have hot sex. They had hoped this would break the curse and it’s not until they figure out how they feel about each other can the curse be lifted. This is a fun, magical rom-com featuring two great characters and a couple you root for. This is a perfect Halloween novel and one of the better romantic stories of the year.
