The year is 1888 New York City and Robin Hood is stealing from the rich and may be a killer.

Someone is playing Robin Hood in the big city and reporter Genevieve Stewart is on the case. She’s tired of getting fluff pieces that the women of this time always get. She’s determined to track down and expose Robin Hood and write the story. She comes from old New York money and is a member of society, even after a scandal involving her mother.

When she gets in trouble in a bad part of the city, a very good looking man saves her and she soon learns it’s Daniel McCaffery, a rich man, who is someone of a mystery to people. She thinks he is Robin Hood but he denies he is. They soon team up to try and figure out the mystery of Robin Hood and a city corruption that’s about to take place. On top of that rich people are still being robbed and a few have been killed.

Soon she and Daniel find themselves in danger and it may be too late for them.

I really enjoyed this book. It kept my interest from the very beginning and I couldn’t put it down. The characters are really well-written and the story and time setting work perfectly here. I am all for more stories with these characters.

You can pick it up now in stores.
