Book Review: ‘Deas On Target: An Agatha Raisin Novel’ By M.C. Beaton And R.W. Green

Agatha goes to a festival, meets up with old friends, and is having a good time. She runs into Charles, who introduces her to Sir Godfrey Pride, who tells her he may need her services. She gives him a card, and tells him to call her. Then she finds him dead, with an arrow in his chest. She becomes the prime suspect because Wilkes hates her. Then her old friend Roy shows up in trouble, and she tells him she will help, and soon discovers a connection to Pride. Agatha and her team are on it, and soon have a number of potential suspects, and someone doesn’t like her sticking her nose in, and tries to take her out, and then she figures it all out, but it may be too late for her. This is another fun novel in the series. These books are one of my favorite series all year long, and fans will love this next installment. Author R.W. Green has not missed a beat writing these novels, since M.C. passed away.
