The book is in stores on Tuesday, April 29th from Minotaur. Click on the link to buy a copy. https://amzn.to/4jaMdCH

In the Florida Everglades, a man is found dead. In Alaska, a submarine has sunk and the whole crew is dead. On a nearby beach in Alaska fish are watching up on the shore dead. What do they all have in common, they froze to death. Investigator Michael Walker is in Alaska on a case of smuggling when he’s put on a case of trying to find a research group that has gone missing. Special Agent Gina Delgado is in the Everglades on a special mission for the President. When everything leads to an organism from thousands of years ago, both Michael and Gina need to find a way to stop it from spreading and hot on their heels are a group of Russians who want it to take over the world. They need to stop and find a fix for Operation Cold Burn. This is the follow-up to the awesome first book in the series, Leave No Trace, and it’s a great follow-up. Once again author Landau has written an action-packed thriller you don’t want to put down. This reads as a stand-alone if you haven’t read the first one, which I highly recommend. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
