Book Review: ‘Circling Back To You: A Novel’ By Julie Tieu

Cadence Lim and Matt Escanilla both work at Prism Realty and have a good friendship and a hidden chemistry between the two of them. There’s rumors about them being together at work and he’s known as her ‘work husband’ at the office. Matt is sent to Los Angeles for a two week business trip and Cadence is sent with him. For both of them it also means seeing their families. When they get to the hotel they find they only have one room, a big suite with two bedrooms. When they give into their passion everything changes. Cadence agrees to go to Matt’s families party as his girlfriend and she may very well be by the time the even takes place. They also have a lot off business to take care of with clients and a new office opening in LA. But things change when Cadence gets a job offer and Matt gets the LA office to run. And then there’s a misunderstanding and now they have a lot to work through to try and make it as a couple. This is another fun rom-com to add to your collection. You root for these two characters to work through their issues and be together. Another great beach read.
