There is a life insurance policy and a key to a locker at a massage parlor. Victor goes and finds a briefcase with money and a gun.

Soon a mysterious man name Sun shows up who was a friend of his dads. Victor soon learns the whole story of his father and his upbringing in China and his association with the brothers he grew up with and did illegal things with.
