Emmeline and Luke both have coffee shops in town and have their own blends. Each wants to expand and approach Anh, a rich older woman in town, who has agreed to invest in one of them. She wants to put a coffee shop into the bookstore in town, and one of them will get the money. She suggests they consolidate and work together, which they will not do. Emmeline hates Luke because of something that happened years ago. Luke has secret feelings for her, and they have a weird chemistry with each other. They each have six weeks to get a proposal to submit. As the days and weeks go own, they find themselves around each other a lot, and finally agree to put the past behind them, and soon fall for each other. When each makes a grand gesture for the other, it may end them before they begin. This is the third book and it’s another good one, with mad chemistry between the two leads, lots of cute dragons, and a fun love story.
