For Astrid Parker failure is not an option. She broke up with her fiancé a year ago, and her business as an interior decorator is not doing well. Not all is lost now, as she gets the chance to be the decorator for Pru Everwood, and her inn, which will be filmed by HGTV as a series. She has all sorts of ideas, and knows this will turn out well, until she meets Jordan Everwood, Pru’s granddaughter. They don’t get off on the right foot, and Jordan doesn’t like Astrid’s ideas. Sensing the tension, the producers of the show like it, and want them to keep it real for the show. An attraction develops between them, and they secretly work together for the sake of the inn, and it brings them both closer together as well, and neither one is sure how this will all turn out. This is book 2 of the Bright Falls series, and it’s as good as the first one. Fans of the romance genre will be happy with this well-written story.
You can pick up Astrid Parker Doesn’t Fail in stores on Tuesday, November 22nd from Berkley.
