Tessa Calloway is married to Henry and they have two children. She has written her first novel and it’s a hit, making the best seller’s list. With her huge payday, they have bought a new house. Tessa is away on a three week book tour just as they move into the house. She is alone on the trip and it starts off good. Then she finds a locket in her hotel room and goes on social media looking for the owner. Then strange things start happening on the road and she gets weird vibes when she calls home. Tessa has a secret past that she has never told anyone about and it seems someone might know something about it and is trying to destroy her. Tessa won’t go down without a fight and a surprise person may just be the key to figuring it out. Another solid thriller from author Ryan. It’s not her best work but has solid twists and turns to keep you guessing about what’s going on.
