At the age of 18, Harlow Pierce, a witch, aka Harry, left Fates Haven, after not being fated with her love Jax, a shapeshifter. She took off for New York and now 13 years later she’s returning to her hometown, along with Grace, the daughter of her best friend Cassie, who is a half-shifter and can’t control her powers. In town, she asks Jax to help out with Grace and her powers, reunites with her Aunt and old friends and falls for Jax again. They reunite, have hot, graphic sex and look for a cure for Grace and restore the town to what it once was, as they no longer have a Fate Witch in town. All that’s about to change when they figure out what has been going on and it shocks them all. This is a fun, sexy, supernatural love story adventure. Author April Asher does an outstanding job writing these witchy novels. I recommend checking out her previous novels as well.
