Thelve authors have gotten together and written Christmas-themed short stories in this delightful collection. Each chapter is sealed, and the object is to open one chapter a day during the holiday. In one story, it’s a chance at a second relationship when Eleanor travels with her best friend to San Francisco for Christmas, only to be surprised when, Max, her ex, they broke up four years ago, when their relationship was long-distance. In another story, Noelia learns her roommate is moving out she tells her brother, Nando, who offers her his room in his apartment, he is living with his girlfriend now, and hasn’t told anybody. She would be living with his best friend, and her one-time crush, David. She likes to bait him with things; he has a routine and a certain way he likes things. They soon fall for each other, only to be surprised at how they were set up. The book is packaged beautifully, and the stories will put a smile on your face.
