A solid, if not predicatable thriller, with a good twist ending you won’t see coming highlights the latest from author Joshilyn Jackson. Bree Cabot awakes one night and swears she sees a with in her bedroom window. Then the next day at her daughter’s school she swears she sees the same woman. And then her baby son is missing from the school and Bree is in a panic. She gets a note to go home, tell no one and wait for a phone call. A woman calls and tells her to do three things in order to get her son back. One of the tasks turns out to be a deadly misson and it soon unravels into more deadly isses and then a shocking revelation about who this woman really is and why she wants what she wants. It involves someone close to her and another shocking reveal from the past. By the time the book ends there will be a down to the minute rescue attempted and deaths. Who will survive this woman and will Bree get her son back before it’s too late?
