Laura is moving into a new flat, and when she goes to check it out, she finds a naked man in there. Callum, who owns the flat and is moving to Paris to become a pastry chef, and she can notice is how hot he is. Then his parents suddenly show up, and chaos ensues. Laura is mistaken for his ‘girlfriend’ Caroline, he doesn’t have a girlfriend, since he broke up with his last one a year ago during Christmas. His parents want him to come home to Scotland for the holidays, and he has no plans to go there. His father expects him to take over the family farm, and he has no interest. Laura, as Caroline, accepts the invitation and agrees to be his fake girlfriend. When they get there, she has to deal with his overbearing family, including his sister, who has a chip on her shoulder, and playboy brother. The two of them become friendly and then decide to have one night of hot sex, and soon fall for each other. Now they have to figure out where to go from here, if anywhere. This is a fun, snappy, and at times LOL. The chemistry between the two is off the charts, and with fun supporting characters, including Laura’s two best friends, this is a holiday winner.
