Dylan lives in London, and she’s about to go on holiday when her plans are cancelled. Her best friend Ava offers her a chance to go on a six-week trip with her brother, Max, who she doesn’t know. He’s an influencer and is going to Wales on an all-
expenses-paid trip. and his plus-one dropped out. She decides to go and will make the most of it. When they get there, they find a mix-up with the cabin; it only has one bedroom, and it’s smaller than they thought. They make due with it and start enjoying their time there. She makes a set of roommate rules to keep things sane between them, and it includes no sleeping together, but he flirts with her all the time. She decides midway through the trip that she wants to sleep with him and sets down rules, including that it is only for the rest of this trip. They start having hot sex, and you know how this goes, they fall for each other. She wants more from him, but he says he is not a relationship person; he has some issues he is dealing with. Max has to figure out what he wants, and hopes it’s not too late to be with Dylan. This is a fun rom-com, with two engaging characters, and you enjoy following on this adventure. A perfect summer beach read.
