Ellie is married to Jack, and they both work for her father at his investment company. She should be happy in her life she has money, a great apartment in New York, a hot husband, and is set to inherit the company one day. She is plagued by what happened when she was five, her mother tried to burn down their house and she was put in a mental institution, where she died. She worries she has the same problem, she doesn’t sleep very good, she has bad dreams, wakes up with bruises and does strange things. When she gets an invite to a women’s club, The Society, she agrees to go to a meeting. They’re an elite group of women, and she joins the club, only to find out they have a list of men they want revenge on, and Ellie must help them with this. She also discovers shocking secrets about the group, her husband, her father and what has really been going on with her. She decides to turn the tables on these people, and they won’t see what is coming. This is an intense psychological thriller, with major twists and a woman who takes her life in her own hands and kicks some serious ass. This is one you will not want to put down.
