The setting is Harvard University, and two lives will be forever changed. Christopher has gotten into the school on an art scholarship he’s a very talented painter. When he arrives at the school, he meets his new roommate, Lucien, an outgoing guy who comes from money, has an outgoing personality, and likes to party. Christopher is none of that he is shy and hasn’t lived a crazy life. Lucien decides to give him the nickname of Atlas and gets him out of his shell, mainly by manipulating him. When he learns about his painting prowless, he comes up with a plan to have him paint some forgeries and they will split the money, Atlas goes along with it a couple of times, but decides to stop, and it pisses Lucien off, who is becoming unglued and soon Atlas finds his live upended because of Lucien, and learns shocking secrets about the man. An intense character-driven thriller novel about using someone and the consequences of betrayal.
