The year is 1910, and Easton and Weston Asquith, who are twins, Easton by eight minutes, also come from a wealthy family. Both have become engaged, and people have come to their mansion, Lammore Lake, in England to celebrate. Easton is marrying Eloise, who is in love with Weston, who is marrying Della, who is wealthy but has no feelings for her. As the days progress, Weston is poisoned and shot, and the search is on to figure out who wants him dead. Della finds hidden passages in the house and starts spying on the house, and learns little tidbits about everyone, and tries to figure out if she might be the next one to be targeted to die. This is a fun murder mystery, with each chapter being told by a different character, and a massive twist you don’t see coming. Readers won’t be able to put this one down.
