Skylar Paige is a division 1 softball pitched, one of the best ones in a long time. Robbie Corrigan is a rookie for the Boston Bears hockey team. He’s full of himself, has lots of one-night stands and lives the bachelor life. When the two meet during a grudge baseball game the sparks fly. She overhears him talking about his life and is appalled by what he says. He thinks she is hot and wants to take her out and they make a bet during the game and he wins. They go for coffee and he learns she is hot for her brother’s best friend. With a big family event coming up, he offers to be her fake boyfriend and teach her how to flirt and other things. Well, we know how these things go and soon they are hot and heavy with each other and in love until a misunderstanding could drive them apart. This is another great Tessa Bailey novel, full of hot, steamy sex scenes and great characters. This is a great end of summer novel.
