Dr. Miriam Jacobs is an archaeologist and is in South America and headed to the Amazon, to help look for The Lost City Of The Moon. This is her chance to prove to her colleagues and herself that she can do this. Rafael Monfits, a journalist who has been around the world writing articles and taking pictures of various, incredible things, is on this trip, to document everything, but he has a big secret, he’s here to sabotage it, at the request of this father, to save the legacy of his mother, who has a history with the Lost City. They immediatly fall for each other, as they have a lot of things that start to go wrong, so at the hands of Rafael. There are also bad men on their trail as well and they find their lives in danger. As they fall in love, and have hot sex, Miriam soon learns his shocking secret and Rafael also learns shocking secrets and it leads to a shocking discovery and hopefully forgiveness on Mirian’s part. This is the follow-up to Raiders Of The Lost Heart, with some familiar characters. This is a fun, sexy, adventure rom-com, with a great setting in the Amazon. Hopefully, we get more adventure roms from author Segura.
