Nova Porter is busy getting her tattoo shop ready to be opened and isn’t looking for love. She has her family and friends around and that’s more than enough for her. Charlie Milford is in town for a wedding, has a lot of friends, and the newly his sister, who he didn’t know about for a long time. He lives and works in New York, but comes to town often. Nova and Charlie have always had an attraction and at the wedding, Nova decides she wants one night with him, which doesn’t happen on this night, but soon does. When they finally have sex, it’s more than they could imagine, but it’s only one time or is it? They can’t keep their hands off of each other and fall in love. The problem is Charlie has to go back to New York and Nova lets him, until she comes to her senses and makes a daring move to have the man she loves. This is part of the Lovelight series and it’s another great book. You root hard for these two to be together (and the steamy scenes are hot) and this is a perfect rom-com for your summer reading. One of my favorite ones all year.
