Lexi is 25, working two jobs, and paying her way through college, and trying to help her mother, who is suffering from grief over the loss of her husband a few years ago. Will works for one of Seattle’s biggest companies, comes from a rich family, and is one of the most eligible bachelors in the area. On this day the two meet when she waits on him and becomes her pretend boyfriend when some old high school friends show up. When they get invited to an engagement party they go as a couple, and then misunderstanding has them engaged, and it makes the papers. They decide to date for real, fall for each other, and seem to be on the road to something special. It all happens too fast for Lexi, and she’s not sure if she can put her demons behind her, be a part of Will’s high society life, and has to decide what it is she truly wants. This is another fun rom-com, with two characters you invest in and root for. Fans of this genre will enjoy this one.
