Special Agent Michael Walker, who works for the National Park Service, is still grieving the murder of his wife, gets a call from his boss to get to New York, there’s been an explosion on Liberty Island, the home of the Statue of Liberty. There he meets FBI agent Gina Delgado, who is in charge. Over seven hundred dead, and tons more injured, including a little boy, who has footage of the bad guys. Another threat is called in, and then another, and they’re able to avert any more explosions, and the bad guys are on the move. They have a plan to overthrow the government, and have stolen arms and chemicals, and no one in the government can be trusted, and it’s up to Gina and Michael to save the country. This book is an action packed thriller, that takes you on a ride from the very beginning to the end. You will not want to put it down. It will be one of the best books of the year.
