Book Review: ‘Ghost Tamer: A Novel’ By Meredith R. Lyons

Raely is on the train with her best friend Joe when it suddenly crashes, and someone has rescued her from the train, but Joe didn’t make it. She sees this man with her, and finds out he’s a ghost (at first she doesn’t believe it), but he says he’s been with her all her life. She decides to name him Casper. When she discovers an evil spirit is trying to take her out, she learns that she has a gift, and will have to fight it to save herself. In order to do that she has to learn the shocking secrets of her past, who Casper is, and in order to move forward, and defeat the evil ghost, she must be able to forgive. This is a perfect ghost story, with interesting characters, some lol moments, twists and turns and a story you get invested in. A great fall book.
