It’s time for the third novel in the Christmas Tree Farm Mystery series. It’s set in a small town called Mistletoe in Maine. Filled with fun, quirky local characters and a fun murder-mystery, with the characters we love from the first two novels. For Holly White it’s her busiest time of the year running Reindeer Farms Christmas Tree Farm. Bookings are high and Christmas is right around the corner. But there’s one thing putting a damped on Holly’s time right now, a critic named Karen, who hates everything and usually writes negative reviews. She’s hoping she will write something good about the farm. But then Karen is found dead in a trash barrel with a nut-cracked present that Cookie gave to Holly and the only prints on it are Cookies, who becomes the prime suspect. Holly’s boyfriend, Sheriff Evan is on the case and begs Holly to stay out it, something Holly can’t do. And of course Holly finds herself in trouble and this could be her worst Christmas ever.

You can pick up Slashing Through The Snow in stores on Tuesday, October 12th from Crooked Lane.
