Book Review: ‘Fortune And Glory’ Is The Next Fun Stephanie Plum Novel By Janet Evanovich

I love Stephanie Plum books. Been reading them for a long time now and they never disappoint. And the series has the best written character in all of books…Lula the fried-chicken eating former ho that author Janet Evanovich writes so well. I laugh out loud so many times reading these books with the things that Lula says. And each of the Stephanie stories are really good as well.

The story continues from where the last novel left off. Stephanie is trying to find out where the safe is that houses the keys that Grandma got from her very short marriage to her mobster husband. But it’s not that easy. The rest of the wiseguys want those keys and they want the treasure. As Stephanie investigates she finds herself in trouble numerous times. Thank goodness for Ranger being there for her. And as she and Morelli are on a break at the moment, it opens up things with Ranger but she is still not over Morelli yet either.

And then there’s the mysterious woman Gabriela that is following Stephanie. She spots her with Morelli and wonders just who she is and what she has to do with the treasure that she’s looking for. And then there are the people that have skipped hearings that Stephanie has to find. She soon finds herself with a new friend/bodyguard (more lol moments). It leads to the treasure and what exactly these keys will lead them to.

You can pick up Fortune And Glory in stores on Tuesday, November 3rd from Atria.
