Review by Lisa Payne

When Kate (Jeannine Kaspar) picks you her younger teenaged, phone-obsessed sister Liz (Ksena Pinch) from the airport in Cyprus, the problems start. Liz is a typical pain in the butt teen who pays little attention to what’s not on her black mirror. Liz leaves the passports at the airport (why does Liz even have Kate’s passport when they aren’t travelling together). Liz ribs Kate about not having friends. And because Kate is so insecure, she goes out to a club and meets Myrianthy (Marianna Rosset), and a couple of guys who want to show them a good time.

Turns out Myrianthy is teamed up with thief Jack (William Baldwin). Whilst Myrianthy gets Kate drunk, the plan is for Jack to ransack Kate’s room, but it doesn’t go to plan because Liz is there.

Then there’s a hot air balloon, a wind farm, one of the guys immediately falls out of the balloon, and the other is hurt. Kate and Myrianthy McGuyver their way through as much as they can until the balloon eventually goes down.

Hey there’s a yacht, then a container ship, then more open water. None stop to help.

No one knows they’re there. That could have been a cautionary tale, but sister Liz to the rescue.

And they all lived…Available Tuesday, October 27.
