She’s looking forward to it when she’s accosted by one of the judges Les Morris, who is a known cheater and letch. And on the day of the event Les is found dead, face in a creme pie, head beaten in by Teddie’s rolling pin. An investigation begins and Teddie ends up helping to investigate it. When more bodies show up no one seems to know who the killer could be. But Teddie is determined to solve these murders and find the person resposible once and for all.

This is a delightful second novel from author Laura Jensen Walker. The small town setting, quirky characters and a few well place twists will keep you entertained throughout.
