‘Devil’s Knot’ is based on the gruesome 1993 murders of three little boys in West Memphis, Arkansas, that ended with three teens going to jail and ultimately winning their release.

The film looks at the real life drama and how it plays out on a community. The film explores the lives of these 3 and also looks at it from the perspective of one of the mothers of the murdered little boys Pam Hobbs, played by Reese Witherspoon. She’s determined that the killers will be found and justice will be served. Colin Firth plays an investigator Ron Lax, who finds many facts that will be used that get the boys convicted.

If you’re not familiar with this case that lasted along time and finally had justice served, this movie is an okay look at some of the circumstances of the case. You can pick it up in stores now.
