“Attack of the Morningside Monster” is a horror/thriller feature film set in the peaceful locale of Morningside, NJ. The local sheriff, Tom Haulk, and his deputy, Klara Austin, are forced into a world of darkness when a desecrated corpse is found just outside the town. As the bodies start to pile up, Tom and Klara embark on a desperate race against time, pitting the two against friends, enemies and even each other. The film is a horror/thriller which stars Nicholas Brendon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Tiffany Shepis (Sharknado 2), Robert Pralgo (The Vampire Diaries), and Catherine Taber (the voice of Amidala on Star Wars: The Clone Wars).
The film is going to be released by Gravitas on October 14, 2014, and then the DVD will follow on January 20, 2015 through Apprehensive Films.
