Vision Films today releases “The Shadow People” starring C. Thomas Howell (“The Outsiders,” “The Amazing Spider Man”), Bug Hall (“The Little Rascals,” “Castle”) and Kat Steffens (“Parkland,” “Unknown Caller”) on VOD and DVD across North America.
Newlyweds Megan (Kat Steffans) and Andrew (Bug Hall) have just moved into their dream home with aspirations to start a family. But soon strange events start happening. Voices and shadowy figures haunt Megan, and even Andrew, starts questioning his own sanity as their marriage is being torn apart. The visions grow increasingly real.. and threatening, yet Megan is unwilling to relinquish her home. When the appearance of a mysterious priest (C. Thomas Howell) unveils the truth behind their nightmare, Megan’s reality takes a desperate turn that her haunting visions never could have predicted.
“The Shadow People” was directed by Brian T. Jaynes (“Humans Vs Zombies,” “Biohazard: Patient Zoo”, written by David Wilson (“Spirit Riders,” “The Underneath”) and produced by Brian T. Jaynes and Nicholle Walton-Durban. The cinematographer is Michael John Marcinik. The film was edited by Brian Walkes and composed by Justin R. Durban and marks the third production that C. Thomas Howell has made with producting partners Nicholle Walton-Durban and Brian T. Jaynes.
