We all know William Shatner as he’s a living legend. Captain Kirk, T.J. Hooker, Third Rock From The Sun and so much more. He’s written many books over the years including his bio, a book about his love of horses and a tribute to Leonard Nimoy among others. His newest book is a book to motivate and give you advice. His theme is don’t give up. Form a plan and follow it. Yea there will be some bumps in the way but pick yourself up and move along. Each chapter is devoted to a specific them and he tells it from his unique perspective.

He also tells great stories along the way as well. How he was invited to a party with the Kennedys and he passed because he wanted to spend time with his children. How on Star Trek they were on a very tight budget and no matter what at 6:12 every night the lights would be shut off regardless of what was going on. And there are more fun and interesting stories throughout the book.

You can pick it up in stores on Tuesday, September 4th from St. Martin’s Press/Thomas Dunne Books.
