Book Review: Triple Crown’ Is A Good Horse Racing Mystery

Jeff Hinkley of the BHA (British Horseracing Authority) is back and this time he’s in the United States helping to find a mole. Someone is leaking information to potential horse owners, which could have an effect on the Triple Crown.

A raid at Kentucky Derby is a bust when someone has tipped off the suspect of a potential raid. Jeff goes undercover as a groom at Belmont park trying to get information on who the mole is. He gets more than he bargains for having to deal with co-workers and the demanding work. When he gets in good with the owner and man in charge, he’s able to snoop around and finds some evidence. The more snooping he does the deeper he gets in and soon has to fight for his very life.

You can pick up Triple Crown by Felix Francis in stores on Tuesday, October 11th from G.P. Putnam’s Sons.
