Toby has been having a tough time lately. He got into trouble at his PR job. After a late night of partying he was attacked and left for dead in his apartment. He recovered but has some memory issues. He goes to his family home Ivy House to recover and to help take care of Uncle Hugo, who has a brain tumor. His girlfriend Melissa also stays there with him.

The Witch Elm is a tree at Ivy House and a body has been found inside and below the tree. No one knows how long it has been there and who it is. It’s all about to change with the police arrive and get the body and all the evidence out and ID the body as Dominic, who was assumed dead by suicide years ago during high school. Now all suspicion turns to the people that were at Ivy House back then. Toby, Leon and Susanna as well as the owner Hugo are all suspects.

The evidence found is making it look like Toby is the prime suspect. As they start to compare stories Toby, Leon and Susanna things are revealed that Toby didn’t know or remember. Soon someone makes a shocking confession but is that person the one that really did it? And Toby is slowly losing his mind and does something shocking it will change his life forever.
